Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our products are dietary supplements and personal health items, all return and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Eligibility
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on opened or used supplement products. Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return or replacement if approved.

Refunds or replacements may be considered if:
• Your order arrived damaged
• You received the wrong item
• There was a shipping issue with your order

All requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery and must include your order number and a description of the issue. Photo evidence may be required for approval.

Please wait for confirmation before sending any item back. Items returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.


Refund Processing
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after review. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.


International Orders
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the order was defective or incorrect. Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are non-refundable.


Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve concerns quickly and fairly before any dispute is filed.
