Subscription & Cancellation Policy
When you purchase a subscription product from Alverra, you are agreeing to receive recurring shipments based on the subscription option selected at checkout.
If you choose a bundle subscription, your first order will be processed exactly as selected at checkout. After your first purchase, it is the customer’s responsibility to log into the subscription customer portal and adjust future subscription settings if they would like to change the quantity, frequency, shipping address, payment method, or cancel the subscription.
Customers may manage, pause, skip, update, or cancel their subscription through the customer portal at any time before the next order is processed. Once a subscription renewal order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel or modify that order before fulfillment begins.
Selecting a higher-tier bundle at checkout means that future recurring orders may continue under that same subscription structure unless the customer updates their subscription in the portal. Alverra is not responsible for changing subscription quantities on behalf of the customer unless the customer contacts us before the next renewal order is processed and we are able to make the change in time.
To avoid unwanted renewal orders, please make any subscription changes or cancellations at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
